川办发[2010]95号最近在一些地区接连发生因拖欠农民工工资引发的群体性事件,严重影响社会稳定。各地、各部门和单位要进一步加大工作力度,切实解决企业拖欠农民工工资问题。经省政府同意,现就有关问题通知如下:一、统一认识,明确工作职责各地各部门要进一步提高思想认识,从维护社会稳定大局的高度,把解决拖欠农民工工资问题作为当前一项重要而急迫的任务抓紧抓好抓实,确保各项措施落到实处。
In recent years, some cases of mass incidents caused by arrears of migrant workers' wages have been reported by Sichuan Office [2010] No. 95 and have seriously affected social stability. All localities and departments and units should further intensify their efforts to effectively solve the problem of enterprises' arrears of wages for migrant workers. With the consent of the provincial government, we hereby notify you of the relevant issues as follows: I. Unite understanding and clear job responsibilities All localities and departments should further increase their understanding of the ideology and regard resolving the problem of arrears of migrant workers' wages as an important issue from the perspective of maintaining the overall social stability. Efforts must be made to ensure that all measures are implemented in a down-to-earth manner.
