随着改革的深入,社会经济的转型升级,我国的人才需求量不断增大,对人才质量的要求也在不断提高。传统注重理论知识传授的中职学校教学模式培养出的人才已经无法满足社会的需要。中职教育课改不断推陈出新,在新的“工匠精神”的培育下,现代学徒制教学逐步进入中职的专业课教学中,培养出实践与理论知识并重的中职生是当代中职学校人才培养的核心追求。为此,结合课程改革的精神,通过在中职旅游专业改革试验,探索“现代学徒制”在中职旅游专业课的运用。
