目的对颈动脉彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)各检测指标与经颅多普勒超声(TCD)各参数值进行相关性分析,探讨CDFI各检测指标与TCD各参数值间的相关性。方法选取2008年3月至2009年3月在我院神经内科住院的118例缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究对象,所有研究对象均同时完善了CDFI及TCD检查。首先将118例患者分为有、无斑块两组行成组t检验,探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块有无与TCD参数值间的相关性;另将研究对象分为无斑块组、单侧斑块组和双侧斑块组,对3组资料进行单因素方差分析及SNK-q检验,探讨斑块数量与TCD参数值间的相关性;并将斑块组分为硬斑组、软斑组和混合斑组3个亚组,亦对该3组资料进行单因素方差分析及SNK-q检验,探讨斑块性质与TCD参数值间的相关性;最后对左颈总动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)与TCD参数值进行直线相关分析,分析IMT与TCD参数值间的相关性。结果与无斑块组相比,斑块组的左侧大脑中动脉(LMCA)、右侧大脑中动脉(RMCA)及基底动脉(BA)的PI、RI、S/D值升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Vp、Vd、Vm无统计学差异。斑块数量、斑块性质、IMT与TCD参数值无相关性。结论除有无颈动脉粥样硬化斑块外,其余各CDFI检测指标与TCD检测结果无相关性,联合应用CDFI、TCD能较全面地反映脑血管结构及血流动力学状况,为临床诊治疾病提供参考。
Objective To analyze the correlation between CDFI and transcranial Doppler echocardiography (TCD), and to explore the correlation between CDFI and TCD parameters. Methods A total of 118 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who were hospitalized in Department of Neurology of our hospital from March 2008 to March 2009 were selected as study subjects. All subjects completed CDFI and TCD examination at the same time. First, 118 patients were divided into two groups with no plaque group t-test to explore whether carotid atherosclerotic plaques and TCD parameters between the correlation; the other subjects were divided into no plaque group, Unilateral plaque group and bilateral plaque group, the three groups of data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and SNK-q test to explore the correlation between plaque number and TCD parameters; , Soft plaque group and mixed plaque group three subgroups, also the three groups of data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and SNK-q test to explore the nature of plaque and TCD parameters between the correlation; Finally, the left common carotid artery The IMT and TCD parameters were linearly correlated, and the correlation between IMT and TCD parameters was analyzed. Results The PI, RI and S / D values of left middle cerebral artery (LMCA), right middle cerebral artery (RMCA) and basilar artery (BA) in plaque group were significantly higher than those in non-plaque group Statistical significance (P <0.05), but Vp, Vd, Vm no significant difference. The number of plaque, plaque properties, IMT and TCD parameters had no correlation. Conclusion There are no correlations between CDFI and TCD test except for the presence of carotid atherosclerosis plaque. Combined application of CDFI and TCD can comprehensively reflect the structure of cerebrovascular and hemodynamic status, for reference.
