高等职业教育是高层次的职业教育,高职教育管理运行机制是否完善直接关系到高等职业教育工作的兴衰和成败。创新高等职业教育管理运行机制,必须注重三个方面的问题:确立正确的高职教育人才培养目标和办学特色是完善运行机制的基础;正确处理高职院校中行政权力与学术权力两者之间的关系是完善运行机制的前提;落实高职院校自主管理机制、教育质量评价机制、监督机制和问责机制是完善高职教育管理运行机制的关键。
Higher vocational education is a high-level vocational education. Whether the operating mechanism of higher vocational education is perfect or not is directly related to the rise and fall of success and failure of higher vocational education. In order to innovate the running mechanism of higher vocational education management, we must pay attention to three aspects: Establishing the correct target of higher vocational education personnel training and the characteristics of running a school are the basis of perfecting the operation mechanism; correctly handling both the executive power and the academic power in higher vocational colleges The relationship between them is the precondition of perfecting the operating mechanism.
