1992年5月5日,在国家计委资源司和国务院生产办节约局共同主持下,对北京节能技术服务中心等单位研制的节能产品、节能技术信息数据库进行了验收。专家验收组认为,数据库设计合理,较好地开发了 dBASEⅢ数据库系统的功能,设计的软件功能较全,用户界面友好,方便实用。节能库采用国际专利分类法的尝试是成功的。在研制中充分发挥了部分省市节能中心、全国节能情报网的情报优势。采取联合建库的方向是正确的。一致同意通过验收。目前总库设在北京节能中心,辽宁、沈阳、鞍山、河北、江西、江苏(南京)、四川等七个节能
On May 5, 1992, under the joint auspices of the Resources Division of the State Planning Commission and the Bureau of Production of the State Council’s Production Office, the energy conservation products and energy-saving technology information database developed by the Beijing Energy Saving Technology Service Center and other units were accepted. The attempt to use the International Patent Classification for Energy Saving Banks was successful. In the process of research and development, the intelligence advantages of energy-saving centers and energy-saving intelligence networks in some provinces and cities have been fully utilized. It is correct to take the direction of joint construction. Unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance. At present, it is located in Beijing Energy Conservation Center, and seven energy-saving projects are located in Liaoning, Shenyang, Anshan, Hebei, Jiangxi, Jiangsu (Nanjing) and Sichuan.
