在刚刚结束的国务院第二次廉政工作会议上,温家宝总理作了重要讲话,强调政府系统要以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面推进反腐倡廉工作,让老百姓实实在在地感受到廉政建设和反腐败工作的成效,感受到改革开放和现代化建设带来的实惠。会上,监察部、教育部、农业部、国土资源部、建设部和国资委的负责同志分别结合本部门和本系统的实际,对进一步加强反腐倡廉工作作了发言。现全文刊发这六位部委领导的发言,供各地各部门在贯彻这次会议精神中学习。
