哈尔滨市是随着中东铁路的建设而发展起来的,虽然仅有近百年的历史,但由于特定的地理环境、历史条件和建筑技术、艺术手段,使我市的规划建设形成了自己特有的风貌。特别是市区内的一批俄罗斯艺术流派建筑和西洋古典、文艺复兴形式建筑,赋于城市浓重的异国情调,其风貌曾给哈尔滨带来“东方莫斯科”的美称。近年来我们坚持了保护和发扬城市固有特色的指导思想,通过规划和管理,探索着行之有效的路子。
Harbin is developed with the construction of the Middle East railway. Although it has only a history of nearly a hundred years, due to the specific geographical environment, historical conditions, construction technology, and artistic means, the city’s planning and construction have formed its own unique style. . Especially in the urban areas, a group of Russian art genres and Western classics, Renaissance forms of architecture, given the city’s strong exoticism, its style has brought Harbin to the “Oriental Moscow” reputation. In recent years, we have adhered to the guiding ideology of protecting and promoting the inherent characteristics of the city and explored effective ways through planning and management.
