当代戏剧中共产党人形象的塑造,是一个应该引起特别注意的文艺现象。这不仅是因为,塑造包括共产党人在内的革命的无产者的形象,既是马克思主义文艺学的中心问题之一,也是体现社会主义文艺的本质特征的重要创作课题;而且是因为,中国共产党作为执政党的历史地位及其对中国社会发展的重要影响,使人们对这类形象在戏剧舞台上的面貌和命运格外关注。为此,科学地审视当代戏剧中共产党人形象的塑造,特别是总结优秀共产党人形象塑造的成功经验,以获取有益的历史启示,就显得十分必要。回顾建国以来戏剧舞台上优秀共产党人形象的塑造,我以为最突出的经验和特色之一就是时代性审美
