党的十八届五中全会提出,实现“十三五”发展目标,必须牢固树立并切实贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,这是党中央对我国经济社会发展规律的新认识,是顺应时代潮流和把握发展机遇的重大战略抉择。国家电网公司董事长、党组书记舒印彪在公司党组理论学习中心组“两学一做”学习(扩大)会议上强调,要坚持创新驱动发展,把创新摆在第一位,全方位推进科技创新、理论创新、管理创新、商业模式创新。
