湿延法不使用任何添加剂,直接对非溶剂致相分离法(NIPS)法制备纤维进行拉伸即获得性能良好的中空纤维滤膜。介绍了以25%PVDF为铸膜液通过湿延法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)多孔中空纤维微滤膜的方法,通过SEM和XRD对膜的微观结构进行表征,结果表明湿延法制备的中空纤维膜形成指状孔,孔径3~10μm,孔分布可根据拉伸比调控,制备的膜水通量0增加到252L/h·m2·atm,蛋白截留率最高可达97%。拉伸还会改变PVDF中空纤维膜的晶型。
The wet-laid method does not use any additive and directly draws on the fiber prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) method to obtain the hollow fiber membrane with good performance. The method of preparing polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) porous hollow fiber microfiltration membrane by wet-casting method with 25% PVDF as casting solution was introduced. The microstructure of the membrane was characterized by SEM and XRD. The results showed that the wet- Hollow fiber membranes formed finger-like pores with a pore size of 3 to 10 μm. The pore distribution was controlled by the stretching ratio, and the membrane water flux increased to 252 L / h · m2 · atm with a protein rejection of up to 97%. Stretching also changes the crystalline form of the PVDF hollow fiber membrane.
