本文将复杂的机械压力机机架简化为空间板系组合结构,以每块板的几何尺寸和厚度作为设计变量,以机架危险部位的应力和各主要构件的刚度指标为约束条件,将有限元分析技术与WHP最优化算法有效地结合起来,在计算机上实现了压力机最优结构参数的自动寻找和确定。并通过对实际的双动机械压力机的结构优化设计,检验了方法的有效性。
In this paper, the complicated mechanical press frame is simplified as a combination of space plate system. With the geometric size and thickness of each plate as the design variables, the stress of the dangerous parts of the frame and the stiffness index of each main component are used as the constraints, the finite Meta-analysis technique and WHP optimization algorithm are effectively combined to realize the automatic search and determination of the optimal structural parameters of the press on the computer. Through the structural optimization design of the actual double-action mechanical press, the validity of the method is verified.
