姜泊村共有338户,1232人,坐落在昌邑市卜庄镇西北部潍河古道东岸。清末民初,姜姓村民精于经商,是柳疃丝绸老字号商贸基地。当时建造的49处砖木结构“三面青”昌邑丝绸老字号民居建筑群至今保存完整。这些民居布局俨然、古朴文雅,彰显着中国北方农村古老民居建筑中灵动的神采,成为研究清末民初农村建筑文化、民俗文化、家庭文化难得的不可移动的最高级别的文物宝库,是昌邑、山东乃至全国罕见的古建筑群。因为它的价值,更因为它代表了一个古老村镇的历史,所以被列入了申报第七批全国重点文物保护单位的名单。
