通过对毕节试验区生态环境保护工作进行总结回顾,运用生态经济、可持续发展、环境资源及经济学外部性等理论,分析了毕节试验区基本概况、存在的环境建设问题及制约因素,在对生态环境建设有关问题进行研究的基础上,提出了毕节试验区生态建设与环境保护工作的对策,以供参考。
Based on the review of the ecological environment protection in Bijie pilot zone and the theory of ecological economy, sustainable development, environmental resources and economic externality, the author analyzed the basic situation of Bijie pilot zone, the existing environmental construction problems and the restrictive factors. Ecological environment on the basis of the study on the issue of proposed Bijie experimental area ecological construction and environmental protection measures for reference.
