阐述了电网三道防线的主要作用,说明近年来国内外大电网事故的不断发生,有效地建立大电网安全稳定控制体系的重要性。介绍了华东电网第3道防线的现状,指出《电网运行准则》的颁布实施,对于规范电网第3道防线建设提出了明确的要求,现就华东电网第3道防线目前的状况及存在的问题进行了分析,说明了第3道防线应遵循的主要原则,并提出了规范和加强电网第3道防线建设的基本思路。
The main functions of the three defenses of the power grid are expounded.
