2016年是“十三五”规划的开局之年,也是推进结构性改革的攻坚之年。为更好传递两会声音,本刊特集中展示中国中信集团以及中信改革发展研究基金会的部分两会代表、委员,两会期间关于改革发展等热点话题的发言。其中,针对国有企业供给侧改革、压缩过剩产能,哲学社会科学创新、改革中的关键问题以及激发大企业“双创”活力等话题,常振明委员、杨凯生委员、汪晖委员、张树华委员、任沁新代表分别发表了各自的建设性意见。
2016 is the first year of the “13th Five-Year Plan” and also a crucial year for structural reforms. In order to better convey the voice of the two sessions, this special edition focuses on some of the delegates and commissioners of CITIC CITIC Group and CITIC Foundation for Reform and Development Research as well as members and speeches on hot topics such as reform and development during the NPC and CPPCC sessions.
