硬车削是一种能够部分代替磨削的先进加工工艺,但是其对机床的动态特性有很高的要求。使用Ansys workbench对应用在斜床身上采用静压导轨的机床十字滑台部件进行动力学建模,借助有限元法分析含结合部动态参数的机床关键部件的模态,研究了硬车削机床十字滑台部件的动态特性问题。研究成果可对该硬切削机床的十字滑台部件的结构设计提供了理论参考。
Hard turning is an advanced machining process that can partially replace grinding, but it has high demands on the dynamics of a machine tool. The Ansys workbench was used to simulate the machine tool cross slide with static pressure guide on the inclined bed body. The finite element method was used to analyze the modalities of the key components of the machine tool with joint dynamic parameters. Dynamic characteristics of Taiwan parts. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the structural design of the cross slide components of the hard cutting machine.
