自我牺牲精神是贯穿于党的思想政治工作传统的一条主线。在发展社会主义商品经济的新形势下,有人认为提倡自我牺牲精神是要求过高了,与社会主义初级阶段的国情不符,与按劳分配原则相矛盾,因而在思想教育中不敢理直气壮地宣传和提倡自我牺牲精神了。我认为,这是一种不正确的认识,讨论思想政治工作传统,有必要把这个问题搞清楚。
