当前,我国教育事业蓬勃发展,各方面都取得了显著成就。但是教育与人力资源开发面临着难得的机遇和严峻的挑战。充分开发人力资源,是必然选择。为了中华民族的复兴,为了每位学生的发展,我国提出了课程改革的新政策,为了探究课程改革中教学过程、方法的改变,通过对课程改革中现象分析,教材改编和教师在课程改革中所发生的变化等几个方面的研究,以及对传统教学设计弊端的探究,老师在教学中角色的改变,教学方法的创新更为突出,从而使教材用创造性思维的原理而设计来提高学生学习质量,进而推进公民素质的提高。另外在课程改革理念的指导下,教师面临着开发教材的任务,课堂教学发生来了根本性的变化,教学设计的侧重点转移到了以学生为本,以学生的学为本。课程改革中创新的教学设计起到重要作用。
