目的了解2008—2013年新疆生产建设兵团第八师某团中小学生营养状况及变化规律,为开展健康教育、制订相关干预措施提供依据。方法根据《中国学校卫生情况年报表技术规范》,测量第八师某团中小学生的身高、体重,以“1995年全国学生7~22岁身高标准体重值”作为评价标准,分析评价中小学生的现时营养状况。结果 6年中第八师某团中小学生营养不良检出1 249人,检出率为9.31%;2008—2013年营养不良检出率分别为16.44%、12.24%、7.80%、9.46%、4.12%、1.27%,各年度间营养不良检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=390.49,P<0.05);其中中学生检出679人,检出率12.88%,小学生检出570人,检出率6.99%,中小学生营养不良检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=131.41,P<0.05);6年中中小学生肥胖检出1 232人,检出率9.18%;2008—2013年肥胖检出率分别为8.60%、7.52%、7.58%、8.76%、9.13%、15.28%,各年度间肥胖检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=94.67,P<0.05);其中中学生检出449人,检出率8.51%,小学生检出783人,检出率9.61%,中小学生肥胖检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=225.93,P<0.05)。结论第八师某团近六年来中小学生营养不良检出率逐年下降,中学生检出率明显高于小学生;中小学生肥胖检出率呈逐年上升趋势,小学生肥胖检出率高于中学生,且上升迅速,应予以重点关注,预防控制中小学生肥胖症的发生、发展,是今后中小学生常见病防治工作中的重中之重。
Objective To understand the nutritional status and changes of primary and secondary school students in a delegation of the eighth division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2008 to 2013 and provide the basis for carrying out health education and formulating relevant intervention measures. The prevalence of obesity among primary school students was higher than that of middle school students Rapid attention should be given to prevention and control of primary and secondary school students obesity occurs, the development of primary and secondary school students in the prevention and treatment of common diseases is the top priority.
