目的提出我国医院药学要实现药学工作模式转变、医院药师工作职能的转变以及医院药师服务内容的丰富和转变的未来发展趋势。方法论述了医院药学的发展历程,国家医改政策对医院药学发展的影响,医院药学的发展趋势。介绍了国家近期出台的“医药卫生体制改革近期重点实施方案(2009-2011年)”和卫生部和国家中医药管理局于2002年1月21日颁发的《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》有关建立国家基本药物制度和开展以合理用药为核心的临床药学工作的论述。结果与结论随着国家医疗制度改革的不断深入和新医改方案的出台以及新技术新知识的发展,医院药学工作面临着新的机遇与挑战,传统的医院药学工作模式和医院药师的服务内容必将发生转变。
Objective To propose the future development trend of pharmacy in our country to realize the transformation of pharmacy work pattern, the transformation of hospital pharmacist’s work function and the enrichment and transformation of hospital pharmacist’s service content. Methods Discusses the development history of hospital pharmacy, the impact of national medical reform policy on the development of hospital pharmacy, and the development trend of hospital pharmacy. Introduced the recently promulgated by the state “key priorities for the implementation of the medical and health system reform program (2009-2011)” and the Ministry of Health and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine on January 21, 2002 issued “Provisional Regulations on the administration of medical institutions ”On the establishment of the national essential drug system and carry out the rational use of drugs as the core clinical pharmacy discussion. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS With the continuous deepening of the reform of the national medical system, the introduction of new medical reform programs and the development of new technologies and new knowledge, hospital pharmacy is facing new opportunities and challenges. The traditional hospital pharmacy working model and the service contents of hospital pharmacists Will change.
