组织互动式讨论,推进多部门联动,是福建日报在改进新闻宣传方面成效明显的做法:先是从与读者互动做起,先后创办了《总编室热线》和《热线新闻》专栏、专版;继而将互动面扩大到沟通党政机关宣传和落实新出台的政策,推出《政策连线》专栏。这些专栏和专版,高扬党性,贴进群众,关注民生,释疑解惑,架设党报与读者的连心桥,受到广泛欢迎。福建日报在2004年的版面改革方案中,又把互动模式向言论等其它版面延伸。从浅层次看,互动似乎仅仅是版面话题的选择,而实际上涉及媒体对自身的重新定位。所谓互动,就是把办报人放在与读者平等的位置上,以读者所需,为办报人所求;就是坚持以人为本,在尊重人、理解人、关心人、帮助人的基础上,通过媒体功能去教育人、引导人、鼓舞人、鞭策人;就是发挥党报编采人员的社会活动家角色,在沟通舆情、沟通人际上下功夫;就是把思想政治工作结合其它实际工作一道去做,把解决思想问题同解决实际问题紧密结合起来。把握住了“以人为本”这个真谛,互动文章才能越做越好。
