站在讲台上,我最怕出现的一幕是当一个问题抛出来,底下的学生一片哑然,然后就是可怕的沉寂,用“噤若寒蝉”来形容绝不为过。更有甚者,有的人玩着手指,一副“事不关己,高高挂起”的漠然,有的人则早已神游于天外,根本不知老师所问为何。只有少数几个人“你方唱罢我登场”——课堂成了他们表现的舞台,其他人成了默默无闻的“绿叶”。
