目的：探讨单纯运用补佳乐以及结合中医辨证治疗青春期功血的临床疗效。方法随机将我院门诊就诊的102例青春期功血患者分为对照组与治疗组，对照组予以补佳乐治疗，治疗组予以补佳乐结合中医辨证治疗，比较两组的控制出血时间、完全止血时间、疗效及不良反应。结果相比于对照组，治疗组控制出血时间、完全止血时间显著缩短(<0.05)；治疗总有效率显著升高(<0.05)；不良反应显著减少(<0.05)。结论补佳乐结合中医辨证治疗青春期功血效果优于单纯运用补佳乐。“,”Objective To explore the curative ef ect on puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding of using Progynova only and combining with syndrome dif erentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 102 cases of patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding in outpatient service in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with Progynova,and the treatment group was treated with Progynova combined with syndrome dif erentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.Then the control bleeding time,the ful y hemostatic time,curative ef ect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the control bleeding time,ful y hemostatic time in the treatment group were significantly shortened ( <0.05);The total treatment ef ective rate significantly increased ( <0.05);The adverse reaction significantly reduced ( <0.05).Conclusion The curative ef ect on puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding of using combining with syndrome dif erentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is bet er than using Progynova only.
