目的探讨超声心动图在胎儿心律失常中的诊断价值。方法使用彩色多普勒超声仪探查胎儿心律及心脏结构,对比心律失常胎儿(50例,观察组)与健康胎儿(256例,对照组)超声心动图指标。结果观察组胎儿降主动脉、脐动脉、大脑中动脉指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组50例中期前收缩30例,心动过速10例,心动过缓6例,房室传导阻滞4例;心脏结构异常者6例。随访44例,39例预后良好,5例停止妊娠。结论超声心动图有助于早期发现心律失常及心脏结构畸形,为预后提供重要参考。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of echocardiography in fetal arrhythmias. Methods Fetal heart rhythm and heart structure were investigated by color Doppler sonography. Echocardiographic parameters were compared between fetal (50 cases, observation group) and healthy fetus (256 cases, control group). Results The observed indexes of descending aorta, umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery in observation group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). 50 cases of observation group before the mid-30 cases of contraction, tachycardia in 10 cases, 6 cases of bradycardia, atrioventricular block in 4 cases; 6 cases of cardiac structural abnormalities. Totally 44 cases were followed up, 39 cases had good prognosis and 5 cases stopped pregnancy. Conclusion Echocardiography can help to detect arrhythmia and cardiac structural abnormalities early and provide important reference for prognosis.
