背景:北京经济的高速发展和2008年奥林匹克运动会的即将召开,对北京电网的可靠性都提出了更高的要求。然而,北京电网部分计量设备存在绝缘配置差、防污等级低、不能完全满足运行标准和超年限运行等问题,给北京电网的安全运行和奥运会项目的实施带来了一定的安全隐患。因此,为达到改善设备安全状况、提高电网运行可靠性和服务经济发展的目标,北京电力公司对部分计量设备进行了改造,进一步提升了“新北京、新奥运、新电力”优质服务工程质量。
Background: The rapid economic development of Beijing and the upcoming Olympic Games in 2008 have set higher requirements on the reliability of the Beijing power grid. However, some measurement equipment in Beijing Power Grid has poor insulation configuration, low pollution prevention grade, which can not fully meet operational standards and super-years-long operation. This poses a potential safety hazard for the safe operation of Beijing Power Grid and the implementation of the Olympic Games. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of improving the safety of equipment, improving the reliability of power grid operation and economic development of service, Beijing Electric Power Company has reformed part of the measuring equipment and further upgraded the service projects of “New Beijing, New Olympic Games and New Power” quality.
