自1981～1996年共收治小儿肱骨髁上骨折210例,采用改进后的治疗方法取得良好效果。本文着重对肘内翻的预防和临床常遇的实际问题加以探讨。
A total of 210 cases of supracondylar fractures of the humerus were treated in our hospital from 1981 to 1996, and the improved treatment method achieved good results. This article focuses on the prevention of cubitus varus and clinical practice of the actual problems to be explored.
