建立了儿童产品中4种高关注物质(苏丹红Ⅰ、四溴双酚A、磷酸三(1,3-二氯-2-丙基)酯、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯)同时检测的超高效液相色谱-质谱检测方法。样品经乙腈超声萃取后,选择C18柱在3 min内分离4种待测物质。结果表明,本方法所测各物质的定量限为5~500μg/kg。在2~3个数量级浓度范围内,线性相关系数均在0.9995以上。在3个添加水平下,平均回收率为83.7%~97.8%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5%。本方法操作简单快捷,灵敏度、回收率高,选择性好,能满足实际工作的要求。
