竞技体育的“举国体制”仍有很强的生命力,体育的社会化、市场化又是必不可挡的发展趋势,竞技体育后备人才培养体系如何在这种形势下找到自己的发展点,仍是有待探索的难点课题。“体教结合”模式涉及到体育局与教育部门双方责、权、利等多个敏感点,因此,高校“体教结合”高水平运动队的机构性质及隶属关系必须得到澄清。
The “national system” of competitive sports still has strong vitality. The socialization and marketization of sports are the unavoidable development trend. How does the sports reserve talents training system find its own development point under such circumstances? It is still a difficult issue to be explored. The “combination of body, mind and body” mode involves many sensitive points such as responsibility, power and benefit between Sports Bureau and Education Department. Therefore, the nature and affiliation of colleges and universities should be clarified .
