随着首都社会的发展和公民民主意识及生活水平的提高,社会组织在促进首都经济社会发展的作用尤为重要,扮演着不可替代的角色。这里所指的社会组织,是指不以营利为目的,并具有相同的公益性和不同程度的组织性、独立性、自治性的社会团体、基金会和民办非企业单位以及其他各级各类的民间组织。有人民团体、慈善机构、社区协会、运动俱乐部等等,它们与我们的生活息息相关。目前,我市有超过3万个社会组织,其中在册的近8000家,分布在教育、科技、文化、体育、医疗
