选用国外引进和国内选育的5个品种(系),按Griffing双列杂交的第四种方法配制成10组杂交组合,对构成烤烟F1主要化学成分和丰产特性的9个数量性状的配合力效应和遗传力进行了研究和分析。结果表明:亲本之间一般配合力差异达极显著水平,组会间特殊配合力效应存在显著差异,说明烟草品种的品质和沪量受加性效应和非加性效应共同控制,以加性效应为主,应根据一般配合力效应和特殊配合力方差,来评价亲本的育种价值。
Five varieties (lines) introduced and domestically selected were selected and 10 combinations were prepared according to the fourth method of Griffing double crosses to determine the combining ability of 9 quantitative traits which constituted the main chemical components and yield characteristics of F1 in flue-cured tobacco Effects and heritabilities were studied and analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the general combining ability between parents, and there was significant difference in the special combining ability between the two groups, which indicated that the quality and quantity of tobacco varieties were controlled by both additive and non-additive effects. Based on the general combining ability effect and the special combining ability variance, we should evaluate the breeding value of the parent.
