目的研究强效促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin-releasinghormone,GnRH)激动剂那法瑞林(nafarelin,Naf)对兔异位子宫内膜的抑制作用。方法以手术方法制备兔异位子宫内膜模型后,将动物分为对照组、Naf(1,3,10μg·kg-1·d-1各1组,sc)治疗组,丹那唑(danazol,Dan,80mg·kg-1·d-1,ig)治疗组以及手术切除双侧卵巢组(bilat-eralovariectomy,OVX)。结果6wk后发现,经Naf治疗的动物其异位内膜的体积明显减小,其中3和10μg·kg-1·d-1剂量组的疗效与OVX组相似。Dan尽管也能引起异位内膜萎缩,但其疗效较Naf10μg·kg-1·d-1和OVX有显著差别。另外,Naf治疗组动物的血清雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平也明显下降。结论Naf可明显抑制兔异位子宫内膜的生长,该作用与兔血清内E2水平下降有关。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of nafarelin (Naf), a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist, on ectopic endometrium of rabbits. Methods Rabbits were divided into control group, Naf group (1, 3, 10μg · kg-1 · d-1 sc each group), danazol Dan, 80 mg · kg-1 · d-1, ig), and bilat-eralovariectomy (OVX). Results After 6 weeks, the volume of ectopic endometrium in Naf-treated animals was significantly reduced, and the effects of 3 and 10 μg · kg-1 · d-1 dose groups were similar to those in OVX group. Although Dan can cause ectopic endometrial atrophy, its efficacy is significantly different from that of Naf10μg · kg-1 · d-1 and OVX. In addition, the serum estradiol (E2) levels in the Naf-treated animals also decreased significantly. Conclusion Naf can significantly inhibit the growth of ectopic endometrium in rabbits, which is related to the decrease of E2 level in rabbit serum.
