笔者于1992年底随山东省对外经贸代表团到俄罗斯等国进行商务洽谈,发现如何将中国商品准确译成俄语已成为当务之急。本文拟就中国酒类名称的俄译谈谈个人的想法。 一、中国白酒并非водка 辞海对白酒、白干、烧酒三条词目这样解释:1.白酒:透明无色的各种蒸馏酒的总称。因酒透明无色,且引火能燃烧,故又称白干或烧酒。又按产地取名,如汾酒、西凤酒、茅台酒等;或按曲取名,如大曲酒、小曲酒等,亦按原料取名,如高梁酒、包谷酒等。2.白干即白酒。3.烧酒即白酒。从以上的解释中看出,白酒、白干、烧酒三个名称表达的是同一个概念。
