1982年,我们对本市三所中学、两所小学的学生、教师进行了营养调查,发现大部分学生早餐质差量少,营养素摄入经常不足;到第二节课后,有四分之三左右的学生感到饥饿、疲劳、注意力不集中,影响了听课效果;如遇到第三、四节课为体育课时,有的学生出现低血糖症状:头晕、恶心,甚至休克。显然,这种情况长期持续下去,势必对青少年智力和身体的发育带来无法弥补的损害,学生、家长、教师普遍要求实行课间加餐。1983年,在部分学校实行课间加餐的基础上,我们决定按“营养、卫生、价廉、可口”的要求,采取自制、挂钩供应的办法,全市普遍
In 1982, we conducted nutritional surveys among students and teachers from three secondary schools and two primary schools in the city.
