目的对负压创面治疗技术在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用方法与护理效果进行分析。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月于该院接受治疗的糖尿病足溃疡患者共计9例,在完成病灶清除后为患者提供负压创面治疗,经过2~3周后进行换药或植皮,对患者创面愈合效果进行观察与分析,同时为患者提供包含伤口护理与负压引流护理等方面的服务。结果应用负压创面治疗法为糖尿病足溃疡患者提供治疗,能够有效覆盖骨外露位置,促进创面肉芽组织生长,为相关的后期治疗奠定良好的基础,纳入该次实验研究中的全部患者在经过治疗后,溃疡部位全部愈合。结论为糖尿病足溃疡患者提供优质的护理干预服务,采用负压创面治疗治疗法,能够有效改善患者的疾病症状。
Objective To analyze the application and nursing effect of negative pressure wound therapy in diabetic foot ulcer. Methods A total of 9 patients with diabetic foot ulcer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were treated with negative pressure wound treatment after the completion of lesion clearance. After 2 to 3 weeks, dressing or skin grafting was performed, The effect of wound healing was observed and analyzed, while providing patients with wound care and negative pressure drainage care and other aspects of the service. Results The application of negative pressure wound treatment for patients with diabetic foot ulcer treatment can effectively cover the exposed position of bone and promote the growth of wound granulation tissue and lay a good foundation for related post-treatment. All patients included in the experimental study after treatment After the ulcer site all healed. Conclusions Providing quality nursing intervention for patients with diabetic foot ulcer, using negative pressure wound treatment and treatment, can effectively improve the patient’s disease symptoms.
