在分析铸铁件粘砂机理和煤粉在湿型砂中作用的基础上,开发了一种MD三元复合粉的新型煤粉代用材料。MD复合粉具有光亮碳生成率高,挥发分高,硫分和灰分含量低,无脏黑及粉尘污染等特点,其湿型砂工艺性能优于煤粉砂,加入量仅为煤粉的1/3~1/4。生产验证表明,MD复合粉可取代湿型砂中的煤粉,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the analysis of the sticking sand mechanism of cast iron and the role of pulverized coal in wet sand, a new alternative pulverized coal substitute for MD ternary composite powder was developed. MD composite powder has the characteristics of high bright carbon generation rate, high volatility, low sulfur and ash content, no dirty black and dust pollution. The wet sand process performance is better than that of coal silt, adding only 1 / 3 ~ 1/4. Production verification shows that the MD composite powder can replace the wet sand in the coal, with obvious economic and social benefits.
