Scientists create a robot whose color can be the same or very different from its surroundings. Inspired by the masquerading of marine life like octopus, cuttlefish and squid, researchers at Harvard University designed the robot. Similar to these marine mollusks, the robot’s body is soft and elastic, moving very flexibly. The research results published in the “Science” magazine. The author of the paper, Professor George Whitesides, said: “Traditional robotic technology is a fairly mature area and if you look at a wide variety of robots, you will find that they are basically mammals.” We need to ask: why So? Why not consider soft, very structured and sporting
