文采用~3H-TdR和~3H-UR掺入S_(180)小鼠肉瘤细胞DNA和RNA的方法,观察了芦笋提取物对癌细胞DNA和RNA生物合成的影响。发现芦笋尖提取液、芦笋茎提取液及芦笋尖乙醇提取液均对癌细胞DNA和RNA的生物合成有显著抑制作用,且抑制作用随着药物浓度的升高而增强。
The effect of asparagus extract on the DNA and RNA biosynthesis of S 180 mouse sarcoma cells was observed using ~3H-TdR and ~3H-UR incorporation into DNA and RNA of S180 mouse sarcoma cells. It was found that asparagus spike extract, asparagus stem extract and ethanol extract of asparagus tip all had significant inhibitory effects on the DNA and RNA biosynthesis of cancer cells, and the inhibitory effect increased with increasing drug concentration.
