脑血流图(REG,rheoncephalographg)又称脑电阻图,是一种通过对人体无害的微弱高频电流来测定颅内血液搏动性流动而引起的阻抗变化,用以反应大脑血管功能状态:供血多寡,血管紧张度与弹性状态。由于REG检查设备简单,操作方便,受检者无痛苦且可连续观察因此自50年代以来被广泛应用于临床,近几年来也被用于职业医学的研究上,试图用来观察,某些职业因素对脑血管功能的影响寻求职业病的早期诊断指标。我们对515例微波作业人员与188例成年正常人群进行REG检查、分析如下:
