用免疫组化光镜和电镜技术对大鼠视前区β-内啡肽能神经纤维进行研究,结果显示:(1)内侧视前区β-内啡肽能神经纤维密度为(3.63±0.22)μm/100μm2,外侧视前区为(1.74±0.21)μm/1002μm2,两者差别有显著性(P<0.01);(2)在视前区,阳性纤维见于无髓纤维。阳性轴突与免疫反应阴性终末之间形成轴-棘或轴-树突触,突触前、后膜比较对称。从形态学上提示β-内啡肽在视前区的功能部位为内侧视前区,β-内啡肽的抑制功能与其突触类型有关。
By means of immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy, the β-endorphin nerve fibers in the preoptic area of rats were studied. The results showed that: (1) The density of β-endorphin nerve fibers in the preoptic area was (3.63 ± 0.22) μm / 100μm2, and the preoptic area was (1.74 ± 0.21) μm / 1002μm2 (P <0.01). (2) In the preoptic area, the positive Fibers found in non-myelinated fibers. Positive axons and immunoreactive negative terminal between the formation of axis - spine or axis - dendritic synapses, presynaptic and posterior membrane more symmetrical. Morphologically, it is suggested that the functional site of β-endorphin in the preoptic area is the medial preoptic area, and the inhibitory function of β-endorphin is related to its synaptic type.
