目的了解四川省丹巴县学龄儿童包虫病流行现状,为控制该病提供一定依据。方法 2010年对丹巴县4个乡中心校及1个章谷镇城区小学的8~13岁832名学龄儿童进行了包虫病血清酶联免疫吸附试验Ig G抗体检测。结果832名学龄儿童包虫病血清学Ig G抗体阳性率为1.92%。不同乡的中心校和不同年龄组以及不同性别的学龄儿童包虫病感染情况有差异。结论丹巴县包虫病流行较重,应加强畜牧检疫和犬只的管理,提倡生熟食具分开等,对学龄儿童大力开展包虫病防治知识等健康教育
Objective To understand the prevalence of echinococcosis in school-age children in Danba County, Sichuan Province, and to provide some evidence for controlling the disease. Methods A total of 832 school-aged children aged 8 ~ 13 years old from 4 rural centers in Danba county and 1 primary school in Zhanggutancheng district were enrolled in the echinococcosis IgE antibody test. Results The serological Ig G antibody positive rate of echinococcosis among 832 schoolchildren was 1.92%. There are differences in echinococcosis infection among school-aged children in different townships and in different age groups and school-age children of different genders. Conclusion Hydatid disease is endemic in Danba County, animal husbandry and quarantine should be strengthened and the management of dogs should be strengthened. Health education should be vigorously carried out to educate school-aged children about the prevention and treatment of hydatid disease.
