甘办沈字第235号 1960年7月26日現将平凉专員公署关于防雹消雹工作情况的报告轉发各地。平凉地区的防雹工作做得好,絕大部分收到了实效。概括他們的經驗主要有四条:一、领导重视,思想先行,开展群众性的防雹运动,二、进行充分准备,添置炮火,訂练炮手,建立防雹专业队;三、摸清雹雨发生的規律,重点布防,加强預报,严陣以待;四、互通情报,联防协作。这些經驗都很好,值得推广。自6月14日省人民委員会发出加强預防冰雹的通知以来,全省大部地区都已积极行动,在防雹工作上已經取得了显著成績;但是也有少数地区,声势不大,行动迟緩,在冰雹袭击下,束手无策,造成了损失。現在正是冰雹頻繁发生的季节,希望这些地区象平凉地区一样,很快行动起来,战胜冰雹,夺取丰收。
