福建省是海洋大省,发展海洋经济具有独特的区位优势、资源优势。2012年国家出台《关于加快海洋经济发展的若干意见》,福建省成为第四个获国务院批准海洋经济发展规划的省份,标志着海峡蓝色经济试验区建设上升为国家战略。发展海洋经济,必须以科学发展观为指导,针对海洋经济发展中存在的问题,采取必要的措施,推动海洋经济科学发展。
