“关键能力”一词最早由德国社会教育学家梅腾斯提出。借鉴国外“关键能力”概念的表述,各高职院校纷纷根据我国高职教育的实情以及国家骨干高职院校建设对高技能人才培养的要求,结合其具体专业(商务英语专业)对高技能人才“关键能力”的定位与培养展开深入研究。并试图通过研究,从创新人才培养模式、深化专业教学改革、强化实践创新能力等方面摸索出一条商务英语高技能人才培养的可行之径,从而使学生的就业关键能力不断得到有效提升。
The term “key ability” was first proposed by German social educator Mertens. Drawing on the expression of the concept of “key competencies” in foreign countries, all higher vocational colleges have, in light of the actual conditions of higher vocational education in our country and the requirements for training high-skilled personnel in the construction of national backbone higher vocational colleges, and in combination with their specific majors (Business English Major) In-depth study of the positioning and training of highly skilled personnel “key capabilities”. At the same time, it attempts to explore a feasible way of cultivating highly-skilled business English talents through research, innovating talents training mode, deepening professional teaching reform and strengthening practical innovation ability so that the key ability of students’ employment can be continuously improved.
