广西与东盟的关系日益紧密,我们却发现东盟小语种专业发展才呈现下滑趋势。学习小语种学生自身背景、专业知识结构和就业意向以及学校东盟人才培养方向与东盟企业所需要人才脱节现象较普遍。需要通过合理配置学生资源,整合教学资源,深入校企合作等改革方能促进东盟人才的供求平衡,为中国东盟自由贸易区发展提供有力有效的智力支持。
As the relations between Guangxi and ASEAN are getting closer, we find that the professional development of ASEAN small languages shows a downward trend. It is common to learn the background of students in small languages, the structure of professional knowledge and employment intentions, and the direction of personnel training in schools in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), and the need of talents in ASEAN enterprises. It is necessary to promote the balance of supply and demand among ASEAN talents by rationalizing student resources, integrating teaching resources and deepening the cooperation between universities and enterprises so as to provide effective and effective intellectual support for the development of China-ASEAN free trade area.
