随着《新课程标准》的颁布及逐步实拖,中小学音乐教育成为热门研究课题,经济发达地区的研究与实践已走在前列。但在西部地区,中小学音乐教育现状还存在许多问题,只有在深入了解本地区现状的前提下,才能有针对、有目的、有效地把新课程的先进理念、教学方法等贯彻在实际工作中,为逐步缩小地区间差距摸索出一条可行之路。为此,笔者对贵州省都匀市18所乡镇中心校、16所乡镇中学进行了调查,经过整理,归纳如下:
With the promulgation of the “New Course Standard” and the gradual implementation of the “new curriculum standards”, music education in primary and secondary schools has become a hot topic of research. Research and practice in economically developed regions have taken the lead. However, in the western region, there are still many problems in the current state of music education in primary and secondary schools. Only with an in-depth understanding of the status quo in the region, can we implement the advanced concepts and teaching methods of the new curriculum in practice in a targeted, purposeful and effective manner. In order to gradually narrow the gap between regions, we have found a feasible way. To this end, the author conducted a survey of 18 township center schools and 16 township and middle schools in Duyun City, Guizhou Province, and they are summarized as follows:
