开国将军中,大多出身贫苦家庭,受教育程度普遍较低。说起拿枪杆子冲锋陷阵,眼睛都不会眨一下;可一旦要他们拿笔杆子写文章,就不免犯怵,视小小笔杆千斤重。不过也有例外,本文介绍的这位开国将军,就十分喜爱“舞文弄墨”。他因文两次受到毛泽东的赞赏,也因文两次蒙冤。他就是荣获一级八一勋章、一级独立自由勋章、一级解放勋章、一级红星功勋荣誉章的开国少将张平凯。
