为了更好的实施机制创新,需要更加详细的了解图书馆信息资源共享机制建设的现状。目前,我国对图书馆信息资源共享机制进行了问卷调查,调查结果显示我国建立开放的共享组织、对共享发展的政策支持及监督保障等方面缺乏重视程度。而我国图书馆共享机制却发挥了图书馆主观能动性,使得信息资源共享得到了可持续的发展,还是值得肯定的。然而,就目前形势来看我国需要更加完善信息资源共享机制体系,补充建设过程中的不足之处,使得资源共享机制更加适应环境,增强共享机制的实践性能。
In order to implement mechanism innovation better, we need to know more about the current situation of the construction of library information resource sharing mechanism. At present, China has conducted a questionnaire survey on the mechanism of library information resources sharing, and the results of the survey show that our country has established an open sharing organization and lacks the importance attached to policy support and supervision and guarantee for sharing development. However, the library sharing mechanism in our country has exerted the subjective initiative of the library, making the sharing of information resources sustainable development, or worthy of recognition. However, judging from the current situation, our country needs to further perfect the information resource sharing mechanism and make up for the inadequacies in the process of construction so as to make the resource sharing mechanism more suitable to the environment and enhance the practical performance of the sharing mechanism.
