随着国内政治、经济的发展,我国高校的外部环境发生了重大的变化,迫切需要高校财务管理工作随之做适时调整。然而,高校财务管理中在预算、核算、国有资产管理、监管体系、信息化等方面还存在一定的问题。文章旨在对目前高校财务管理中存在的问题与不足进行分析,并在此基础上对如何提高高校财务管理水平提出具体建议。
With the development of politics and economy in our country, the external environment of Chinese colleges and universities has undergone major changes. It is urgent to make timely adjustments to the financial management in colleges and universities. However, there are still some problems in the financial management of colleges and universities in terms of budget, accounting, state-owned assets management, regulatory system and information technology. This article aims to analyze the existing problems and shortcomings in the financial management of colleges and universities, and on this basis, to make concrete suggestions on how to improve the financial management of colleges and universities.
