目的分析2009年医院阿奇霉素临床的应用。方法回顾性分析163份病历资料,163例患者均有感染且使用阿奇霉素治疗。结果阿奇霉素临床主要用于治疗呼吸道感染和泌尿道感染,分别占69.3%和16.6%;共分离出163株病原菌,以肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌为主,分别占28.2%、17.8%和14.7%;163株病原菌对阿奇霉素的敏感株有146株,敏感性为89.6%;163株病原菌清除141株,未清除13株,部分清除0株,替换9株,细菌清除率为86.5%;163例患者有6例出现胃肠道反应,4例出现皮肤过敏性反应,不良反应发生率为6.1%。结论阿奇霉素临床主要用于治疗呼吸道感染和泌尿道感染,对呼吸道感染所致多种病原菌具有较好的清除效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of azithromycin in hospital in 2009. Methods Retrospective analysis of 163 medical records, 163 patients were infected with azithromycin treatment. Results Azithromycin was mainly used for the treatment of respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infections, accounting for 69.3% and 16.6% respectively. 163 strains of pathogens were isolated, of which Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae accounted for 28.2% %, 17.8% and 14.7% respectively. There were 146 strains susceptible to azithromycin in the 163 strains of pathogens, with a sensitivity of 89.6%. There were 141 strains of pathogenic bacteria removed, 13 strains were not cleared, 0 strains were partially eliminated and 9 strains were replaced. 86.5%. Sixty-three of 163 patients had gastrointestinal reactions and four had skin allergic reactions with a 6.1% incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion Azithromycin is mainly used in the treatment of respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infections, and has good clearance effect on many pathogens caused by respiratory tract infections.
