目的 :探讨猪囊尾蚴头节及囊壁 GST活性。方法 :用 GST底物催化测定法检测成熟、未成熟猪囊尾蚴头节及囊壁匀浆的 GST活性。结果 :成熟猪囊尾蚴头节、囊壁 GST活性分别为 0 .2 2 65± 0 .0 2 81、0 .1 765± 0 .0 1 99,未成熟猪囊尾蚴头节、囊壁 GST活性分别为 0 .1 766± 0 .0 2 2 3、0 .1 758± 0 .0 2 1 4 ,成熟猪囊尾蚴头节与囊壁之间、未成熟猪囊尾蚴头节与囊壁之间、成熟与未成熟猪囊尾蚴之间 GST活性均无显著性差异( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :猪囊尾蚴头节及囊壁内存在相同的 GST活性 ,且 GST活性与猪囊尾蚴的成熟程度无关
Objective: To investigate the GST activity of Cysticercus cellulosae head and capsule wall. Methods: GST substrate catalytic assay was used to detect the GST activity of immature cysticercus cellulosae and cyst wall homogenates. Results: The GST activity of the head and cyst wall of mature Cysticercus cellulosae were 0.222 ± 0.2281 and 1.765 ± 0.0119, respectively. CONCLUSION: The same GST activity exists in the head and wall of Cysticercus cellulosae, and the GST activity has nothing to do with the maturity of Cysticercus cellulosae
